About the role

The Clinic Manager is a key role within the Borough Medical Care Institute Inc.', overseeing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility in Bacolod City Negros Occidental. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the clinic, while also contributing to the strategic direction of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and oversee all administrative and operational aspects of the clinic, including patient flow, staff scheduling, inventory management, and budget planning
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain high standards of patient care and safety
  • Liaise with medical staff, ensuring effective communication and coordination of patient care
  • Manage and supervise the clinic's team of healthcare professionals, providing leadership, training, and performance feedback
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the patient experience and optimise clinic operations
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, guidelines, and quality standards
  • Participate in the development and execution of the clinic's strategic plan, contributing to the growth and success of the organisation

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a healthcare management or clinic administration role
  • Proven track record in leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with patients, medical staff, and other stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care
  • Proficient in the use of healthcare management software and technology
  • Thorough understanding of the healthcare industry, including relevant regulations and quality standards
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field
