About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy healthcare clinic in Cebu, Central Visayas. As the Clinic Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the clinic, while also contributing to the strategic direction of the business. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work for a leading healthcare provider, Equicom Solutions Inc., and be part of an innovative and dynamic team.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and oversee all administrative and operational aspects of the clinic, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff coordination
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, clinic efficiency, and overall service delivery
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to identify and address any issues or concerns
  • Manage and oversee the clinic's financial operations, including budgeting, invoicing, and reporting
  • Promote a positive and professional work environment, and provide leadership and support to the clinic staff
  • Represent the clinic and engage with key stakeholders, including patients, suppliers, and the local community

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar healthcare management role, preferably in a clinic or hospital setting
  • Thorough understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with patients, staff, and other stakeholders
  • Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field
