About the role

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our growing team at Wonderzyme Inc. This full-time position is based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila and will play a crucial role in our thriving residential sales division.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identifying and nurturing leads to generate new sales opportunities
  • Providing exceptional customer service and guidance to potential buyers throughout the sales process
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and generating repeat business
  • Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Accurately documenting all client interactions and sales activities
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in residential sales, preferably within the real estate industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to achieve challenging goals
  • Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred
