Job Overview:

The Sales Associate plays a key role in driving store performance by meeting sales targets for assigned products or categories. This position focuses on providing exceptional customer service through strong product knowledge and engagement, maintaining visually appealing store displays in line with merchandising standards, and monitoring inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets for assigned products or categories.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance and goals.
  • Provide outstanding customer service through product expertise and effective communication.
  • Maintain organized and visually appealing store displays in accordance with company standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase orders to ensure timely product availability.

Qualifications:

  • Senior High School graduate or College level.
  • At least 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
