We're Hiring: Brand Specialists

Quezon City | Full-time

Dexterton Corporation is looking for two Brand Managers to join our growing team:


• Lifestyle Brands – Caracole and Simmons


• Surface Materials – Tiles and Composite Surfaces

What You'll Do

As Brand Manager, you will:


• Shape the positioning, marketing, and growth strategy of your assigned category.


• Curate campaigns and activations that highlight design excellence and client experience.


• Work closely with our showrooms, sales teams, and partners to bring global brands to life in the Philippine market.


• Analyze market data and trends to drive category performance.


• Manage pricing, budgets, and brand partnerships with precision.

What We're Looking For


• A background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related design field (or strong affinity for design).


• 3–5 years of brand, marketing, or category management experience.


• Strong project management and analytical skills.


• A keen eye for detail, design, and storytelling.


• Ability to balance creativity with commercial goals.
