Ascendion is seeking a Brand and Culture Specialist who will develop and execute employer branding campaigns that highlight authentic employee stories, cultural moments, and DEI efforts through multimedia content.

Location: Makati City

Work Setup: Full Time | Hybrid

Key responsibilities:

Lead engaging employer brand campaigns that spotlight employee stories, DEI, and everyday culture moments

Create powerful multimedia content (think videos, reels, articles, visuals) that resonate across platforms

Drive culture-building events that foster connection and belonging

Manage content calendars across internal and external channels (LinkedIn, email, etc.)

Use data and sentiment insights to fine-tune our messaging and impact

Ensure a consistent and authentic employer brand voice across all touchpoints

Act as a brand ambassador, bringing our culture and values to life

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives
  • Experience working as an Account Manager or Employee Engagement Officer in a creative or marketing setting is highly preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
