
Marketing Strategist

We're looking for a creative, proactive, and driven Marketing Strategist to take full ownership of our marketing efforts. You will define our voice, visuals, and messaging while ensuring consistency across all platforms. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports or supporting teams—you will be responsible for the entire marketing function from strategy to execution. That includes content creation, campaign execution, affiliate tracking, analytics, and brand management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Development and Strategy

Create and maintain brand guidelines (visuals, messaging, tone)

Define and evolve brand positioning to support growth and recognition

Establish key messaging pillars that resonate with target audiences
Content Strategy and Creation

Build and manage a content calendar across all platforms
-
Create all marketing content: graphic design and video editing for social media posts, email copy, visuals, and promotional materials
-
Ensure all content reflects the brand identity and engages target audiences
Campaign Management and Execution
-
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other platforms
-
Monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to improve results
Affiliate Partnership Tracking

Maintain a schedule of affiliate partnerships

Track performance metrics and deals generated from each affiliate post

Use insights to optimize affiliate strategy and improve ROI
Audience Growth and Community Engagement

Grow the brand's digital presence to reach clients and candidates

Manage engagement with online communities and direct inquiries
-
Identify new partnership or collaboration opportunities to expand reach
Analytics and Reporting

Track key marketing metrics (reach, engagement, site visits, etc.)

Use data to improve strategy and content planning
-
Deliver monthly reports showing progress and outcomes
Stakeholder Communication

Align marketing strategy with leadership goals and business objectives

Serve as the internal point of reference for anything brand-related

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: 3 years in marketing, branding, social media, or similar roles in a similar industry (start-up, BPO, etc.)

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or related field

Tools: Proficient with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (or similar), Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite/Sprout Social; Mailchimp/HubSpot experience a plus

Skills: Strong content creation, visual storytelling, and copywriting ability

Mindset: Self-starter who thrives in solo execution and can align work to business goals
