Job description:

I. SCOPE OF WORK

The position involves providing comprehensive support, product demo, maintenance, and repair services for medical laboratory, diagnostic reagents/ supplies and medical equipment to medical institution across region. The role requires hands-on field service to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and deliver both online and onsite technical support. Additionally, the role includes conducting customer training to ensure proper usage and optimal performance of products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and emergency repairs and parts of medical laboratory, diagnostic reagents/ supplies and medical equipment.
  • Provide timely online and on-site technical support to resolve equipment issues.
  • Conduct product demo, installation, calibration and performance verification based on manufacturing standards and requirements.
  • Conduct user training and technical guidance to healthcare professionals, end users and laboratory staff.
  • Maintain detailed service records and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards to ensure safety of end users and patients alike.
  • Collaborate with external teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt solutions.
  • Travel to hospitals, clinics and laboratories as required for field service support
  • Monitor client feedback and report relevant issues in the area of assignment.
  • Build strong client relationship.

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • BS in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering and related course.
  • Preferably with 2-5 years' experience in handling biomedical equipment
  • With License is an advantage but not required
  • With Valid Professional Driver's license is a plus
  • Able to travel in parts of the country
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

III. COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

  • Familiarity with laboratory workflow and clinical setting.
  • Highly organized with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Team player but demonstrates independent working capability
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
