- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in scheduling, budgeting, and payroll management.
- Experience in conflict resolution and performance management.
Culinary Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
- Familiarity with Irish or international cuisines
- Ability to create and implement standard operating procedures.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in kitchen equipment and technology.
- Basic understanding of POS software.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
