  • Experience in conflict resolution and performance management.

Culinary Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
  • Familiarity with Irish or international cuisines
  • Ability to create and implement standard operating procedures.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in kitchen equipment and technology.
  • Basic understanding of POS software.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
