Role Overview

The Marketing Associate will be responsible for translating brand strategies into impactful retail and distributor executions. This role supports both Repsol and Unioil brands and works closely with sales, design, and brand teams to ensure marketing initiatives are effectively implemented across physical and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute promotional campaigns and merchandising at point of sale
  • Coordinate marketing activities with key distributors
  • Coordinate events
  • Manage loyalty program implementation
  • Oversee production and distribution of marketing materials
  • Analyze campaign performance and propose improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in trade marketing, brand activation, or retail marketing
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, automotive or motorcycle sectors is a plus
