Position: Revenue Assurance Officer (Remote - Philippines)

Work Hours: Approximately 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Manila Time)

Compensation: ₱180 per hour (Full-time, long-term contractor role)

The Mission of the Role:

To be the final guard of our revenue cycle. You will ensure that every dollar invoiced is accurate, verified, and legitimate, directly protecting our profitability and client trust. You are not just a processor; you are a vital protector of our financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the critical control point between operations and finance.
• Audit and verify that all client billings are fully supported by approved records and proof of service delivery before invoicing.
• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and contractor payroll with impeccable accuracy.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain flawless financial records in Xero.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in billing data, preventing revenue leakage.
• Develop and enforce strict controls within the revenue cycle process.
• Generate insightful reports on billing accuracy, revenue trends, and assurance findings.

Who You Are:

• You have 3+ years of experience in a bookkeeping, audit, or financial control role. Experience in revenue assurance is a significant advantage.
• You must hold a Bachelor's degree as the minimum educational qualification required for this role.
• You are an advanced user of Xero. Experience with Deputy or similar operational tools is highly valued.
• You must demonstrate advanced Xero proficiency through your ability to perform complex reconciliations.
• You have a forensic attention to detail and a natural skepticism—you verify, not just assume.
• You are a proactive problem-solver who thrives on creating order and ensuring accuracy.
• You possess excellent written English communication skills for clear and professional coordination via Slack.
• You are highly reliable, understand the utmost importance of confidentiality, and take pride in being the last line of defense.
