The Compensation and Benefits Associate supports the administration and implementation of the company's compensation and benefits programs. This role ensures accurate processing of employee compensation, benefits enrollment, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations, while providing support to employees on compensation- and benefits-related inquiries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Compensation Administration

  • Assist in salary administration, payroll coordination, and compensation adjustments.
  • Maintain and update employee compensation records and salary structures.
  • Support job evaluations, market benchmarking, and compensation surveys.
  • Ensure accuracy of compensation data in HR and payroll systems.

Benefits Administration

  • Administer employee benefits programs such as HMO, insurance, government-mandated benefits, and other company benefits.
  • Coordinate benefits enrollment, updates, and termination with providers.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits coverage and claims.
  • Maintain accurate benefits records and documentation.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to payroll, benefits utilization, and compensation analysis.
  • Support audits and internal reviews related to compensation and benefits.

Employee Support & Coordination

  • Provide guidance to employees regarding compensation and benefits policies.
  • Coordinate with payroll, finance, and external vendors as needed.
  • Assist in implementing compensation and benefits programs and initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, or HR operations (preferred).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and HRIS systems.
