Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines IT BY DESIGN Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Work Set-Up:
100% Onsite. Shifting schedule (Eastern Time)

Location:
Philplans Corporate Center, BGC, Taguig.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Active Directory domain services administration, including OU design, GPO creation, security policies, and user/group provisioning.
  • Office 365 tenant management—Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, licensing, and identity synchronization (Azure AD Connect).
  • Advanced diagnosis and remediation of Windows 10 and Windows Server (AD DS, File & Print Services, DHCP, DNS, RDS).
  • Application deployment and tier-3 support, including log analysis, dependency mapping, and performance tuning.
  • Administration of Azure resources—VMs, storage, networking, conditional access, and identity governance.
  • Windows networking configuration—firewalls (policy/rules), VLANs, switches, and WAN/LAN troubleshooting.
  • Backup administration (Veeam, Datto, or equivalent) including restoration testing and retention policy enforcement.
  • Virtualization management with VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V—VM provisioning, clustering, and resource optimization.
  • Performing root cause analysis and incident trending to drive proactive remediation and infrastructure improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of IT helpdesk/service desk or technical support experience in an MSP environment.
  • At least 5-8 years of total IT experience.
  • Must have experience supporting international customers or clients (US, UK, or Australia).
  • Must be amenable to work 100% onsite and reside near BGC, Taguig.
  • Must be amenable to work in Eastern Time shift.
