Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • With 3-5 years of accounting experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.

  • knowledge of accounting principles and regulations (e.g., GAAP).Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.

  • With actual work experience in any accounting software.

Job Descriptions

- Supervise and provide guidance to the accounting team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

  • Ensure proper reconciliation of balance sheets, bank accounts, and other financial records.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations, including GAAP.

  • Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring systems are audit-ready.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations.

  • Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial entries.

  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making across departments.
