Job Responsibilities

  • Process and settle utility bill payments.

  • Maintain and organize monthly utility bills and receipts in the ledger.

  • Complete and manage property-related PDF documentation.

  • Coordinate property matters via email, including scheduling of house viewings, check-ins, and check-outs.

  • Regularly monitor and respond to property-related emails, especially regarding rooms affected by water service interruptions.

  • Maintain active communication with tenants and property management.

  • Ensure proper maintenance and monitoring of tenant rental payment schedules.

  • Facilitate communication with tenants and compile reports on unit-related concerns.

  • Manage the processing and follow-up of work permits, gate passes, and tenant move-ins and move-outs.

  • Attend to move-out unit turnovers in coordination with tenants.

  • Generate Official Receipts.

  • Handle bill payments, notarizations, document deliveries, and front desk or reception-related duties.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Preferably with work experience in real estate, property management, or a related field.

  • Accepting candidates with a bachelor's degree; preference will be given to those with qualifications in office administration, property management, or similar disciplines.

  • A strong background in customer service is highly valued.

  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace applications.

  • Demonstrated willingness to learn, with the ability to adapt to administrative and field tasks.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog.

  • Willing to be assigned in Parañaque City.

  • Willing to conduct site visits to property buildings.
