Shift Schedule: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday (PH Time)

Experience Level: Mid-Level (3 years experience preferred)

About the role:

We're looking for a WordPress Developer to join our team as an independent contractor. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in web development. You'll be building, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites using Elementor and Oxygen.

This is a hands-on role for someone with a portfolio of WordPress sites who is passionate about clean design, performance optimization, and delivering client-ready results. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply, provided you have the required skills and portfolio.

What you will be doing:

  • Website Development & Customization

  • Build and customize WordPress websites using Elementor and Oxygen.

  • Ensure all sites are responsive, mobile-friendly, and optimized for performance.

  • Maintain and update existing websites based on project requirements.

  • Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work closely with project managers and internal teams to deliver on time.

  • Follow design guidelines and brand standards.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.

  • Quality & Optimization

  • Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and usability.

  • Test across browsers and devices to ensure functionality.

  • Implement improvements for scalability and user experience.

  • Must-Have Experience:

  • At least 3 years of WordPress development experience.

  • Hands-on expertise with Elementor and Oxygen page builders.
  • A portfolio of at least 3 WordPress websites you've built.
  • Strong grasp of responsive design and optimization best practices.

  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work the night shift (9PM–6AM).
