Specific Duties and Responsibilities to be Performed:

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.
  • Manage day-to-day construction project operations to ensure timelines and specifications are met.
  • Interpret, implement, and monitor construction plans based on project blueprints and requirements.
  • Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors, architects, and other professional staff to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Assess potential risks and implement preventive measures to minimize hazards and delays.
  • Monitor and manage resources and materials efficiently to prevent wastage.
  • Prepare progress updates and reports as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • Licensed Engineer (PRC) and a valid driver's license are an advantage.
  • Experience in civil works and/or electrical works is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Project and MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of CAD software for construction drawings and related plans is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing project demands.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Team player with demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with construction procedures, material management, and project management principles.
  • Knowledge of quality and safety standards in construction.
