Keep Direct Reports motivated, resolve conflicts of all projects, handle all situations honestly and make hard decisions for the interests of the company and the assigned project.Ø Coordinate closely with the Project Engineer if and when necessary, concerning the assigned project/s.Ø Attend Technical Coordination meetings for every given schedule. Ø Participate in developing policies and implementing procedures. Ø Plan, coordinate and direct operations of all equipment for maintenance/ repair / rentals. Ø Monitors and tracks equipment on a daily basis by job site, type and use. Provides head office with weekly and monthly budget of analysis of rentals and repairs.Ø Reconciles accounts in a weekly basis or as needed. Ø Assist Ø Inspects equipment on a regular basis to comply with company safety policies. Ø Coordinates training sessions for new equipment with the operators as needed. Ø Other task related as per management and as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
