  1. Manages document control to include submittal schedules, contract documents, project record, drawings, etc;

  2. Prepares and maintains technical submittal list POW, NTP, etc.

  3. Documenting project issues/conditions. Issues correspondence to subcontractors and vendors when revised plan and/or specifications affect products or services;

  4. Maintains organized and detailed project records. Complies with notice requirements such as inspections, survey staking, joint measurements with owner and engineer, utility locations and adjustments, testing and claims;

  5. Inspects work sites, monitors project budget and schedules, & checks project plans and drawings to verify authenticity of project plans;

  6. Performs inspection and prepares documents for entire contract projects;

  7. Ensures all contract works in compliance with contract documents;

  8. Prepares project records with details such as field progress, field conditions, equipment use and corrective actions; and

  9. Performs additional assignments as per Management directions.
