Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Head of Human Resources at Getmeds, located in Las Pinas, Metro Manila, Philippines. Responsibilities include overseeing HR operations, implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, managing employee relations, and supporting the development of HR strategies to align with business goals. The role requires collaboration with leadership teams to foster an inclusive and engaging work environment, while also identifying opportunities for employee growth and development.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Strong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Skilled in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and fostering positive workplace culture
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degrees or certifications in HR are an advantage)
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site based in Las Pinas, Metro Manila, Philippines
