A Subject Matter Expert is responsible for providing specialized knowledge and expertise in a specific domain to support business operations, training, product development, and problem-solving. SMEs ensure accuracy, efficiency, and best practices in their area of expertise while collaborating with various teams, including training, quality assurance, and operations.

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year related experience in a BPO or Insurance experience.
- Previous experience as an SME, trainer, or consultant is a plus.
- Experience in process improvement, quality assurance, or operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the specific subject matter.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to train and mentor team members effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in relevant tools, software, or systems related to the industry.
- Well versed with B2B back office Insurance
