This role involves supervising plumbing installations, conducting inspections, performing tests, and maintaining documentation to guarantee adherence to project requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance & ControlImplement and monitor QA/QC procedures for plumbing and sanitary systems.Conduct inspections and tests on materials, fittings, and installations to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.Prepare and maintain detailed quality documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports.Compliance & StandardsVerify that all plumbing works meet local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and Bureau Veritas quality benchmarks.Ensure proper execution of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Project Quality Plans (PQPs).Coordination & SupervisionSupervise plumbing teams and subcontractors to ensure workmanship meets required standards.Coordinate with project engineers, QAQC leads, and client representatives to resolve quality issues promptly.Problem-Solving & Corrective ActionsIdentify non-conformances and implement corrective measures.Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend preventive actions.Documentation & ReportingMaintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and compliance certifications.Provide regular updates to QA/QC Manager and project stakeholders on quality metrics.QualificationsEducation: Licensed Master Plumber (PRC) or equivalent certification.Experience: Minimum 5 years in plumbing installation and QA/QC roles within construction projects (preferably mid- to high-rise or infrastructure).Skills:Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and standards.Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with QA/QC documentation and reporting tools.Join an inclusive, flexible and diverse company where you can thrive while contributing to positively transforming the world we live in.#ShapingaWorldofTrust #leaveyourmark
