  • Colllege Deploma or equivalent (technical training )
  • 2–5 years of building maintenance or engineering experience.
  • Experience with commercial or industrial building systems highly desirable.

Responsibilities

·  Operate, maintain electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

·  Perform routine inspections of equipment, machinery rooms, and building common areas.

·  Monitor energy usage and assist in implementing efficiency improvements

·  Respond to emergency maintenance requests and building alarms.

·  Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.

·  Conduct scheduled maintenance on all building systems and equipment.

·  Maintain accurate maintenance logs, records, and reports.

·  Identify potential system failures and recommend proactive solutions.

·  Ensure compliance with safety codes, building regulations, and company standards.

·  Follow proper procedures for handling hazardous materials and equipment.

·  Assist with facility improvements, renovations, and space management.

·  Support tenant or occupant requests and provide excellent customer service.
