We are currently seeking a dedicated Security Officer. The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:

Qualifications:

● Must hold a Bachelor's degree

● A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a Security Officer role is required.

● Willingness to work in a flexible and roving setup.

● Must possess a valid motorcycle driver's license.

● Demonstrated ability and commitment to design, implement, and lead training programs related to security operations.

● Proven experience in developing and executing safety and security strategies at the organizational level.

● Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

● Prior experience in supervising or managing a team of security personnel is an advantage.

Job Description

1. Develop and update applicable safety and security policies for overall farm operations

2. Conduct regular training sessions on security awareness.

3. Comply with related regulatory requirements e.g. company registration, detailed logs and incident reports monitoring & safekeeping

4. Audit and report safety breaches, security incidents, and biosecurity non-compliance.

5. Prepare regular reports for farm management regarding the status of security operations.

6. Conduct regular briefings and debriefings with guards to relay updates, address concerns, and reinforce farm policies.

7. Assign, monitor and rotate guards' deployments and responsibilities in enforcing restricted access areas and security protocols.

8. Performs other tasks that may be required on a temporary bas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
