PASSWORD Security Agency, Inc. is expanding our Marine Security Operations.

Position: Marine Security Team Lead (Speedboat Crews & Captains)

Location: Cebu (field assignments across Visayas)

Schedule: Full-time; field + office; on-call for incidents

Start: ASAP

What you'll do

  • Lead and schedule speedboat crews & captains for patrols/escort missions
  • Ensure safety, discipline, and compliance (port/Coast Guard protocols, PPE, drills)
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports (incidents, fuel/logistics, attendance, patrol summaries)
  • Attend client and authority meetings; briefings/toolbox talks; handovers
  • Coordinate with PNP/PCG/port and internal command center for incidents and tasking
  • Maintain basic asset & fuel logs, boat readiness checks, and equipment inventory
  • Use VHF, GPS/tracker dashboards, spreadsheets, and shared folders for documentation

Must-haves

  • BS Criminology graduate (licensed Security Officer experience preferred; SO1/SO2 is an advantage)
  • Computer-literate: Google Sheets/Docs/Drive, email, basic dashboards/report templates
  • Strong leadership & communication; can handle shift work and emergency call-outs
  • Field-ready (sea travel), physically fit; with valid government IDs/NBI
  • Marine/security operations experience is a plus (dispatching, patrols, port protocols)
