Your Role:

As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our employees, customers, and assets. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Security Surveillance: Monitoring security systems, conducting regular patrols, and responding to alarms.
  • Risk Assessment: Identifying potential security threats and implementing preventive measures.
  • Incident Response: Handling security incidents, such as robberies, burglaries, and emergencies.
  • Access Control: Managing access to restricted areas and monitoring visitor traffic.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Developing and implementing emergency response plans.
  • Training and Education: Conducting safety and security awareness training for employees.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in security and safety preferably gained from the Banking Industry.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations, do roving and travel from branch to branch
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid security license, safety, security certificates and diploma.
  • Must working knowledge of safety and security protocols and procedures.
