  • Manages a team of technicians for the execution of repairs and maintenance works (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, civil works, etc.)
  • Monitor implementation of Preventive Maintenance Schedule and daily performance of the building and store facilities and machineries.
  • Ensure the continous availability, smooth and cost efficient running of all equipment at the best possible efficiency
  • Perform toolbox talks with the Team to discuss Work Schedules, Priorities and Safety Precautions on every job assignment.
  • Coordinates with store operations team to discuss work schedules, priorities and safety precautions on every job assignment
  • Coordinates with store operations team regarding on all stores concerns.
  • Conducts store facility and equipment inspection for quality inspections and preventive assessments.
  • Submit monthly reports to Engineering Manager (% of PM, % of repaired machine/Service Request Summary, Spare Parts Monitoring/Cost Engineering MoM)
  • Coordinated with sub-contractors and regular suppliers for maintenance requirements
  • Will be assigned as the building Pollution Control Officer (Prepare and Submit compliance documents and lead the processing of Permits. etc.)
  • Perform other functions as directed by the management.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate of Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineer, board passer is an advantage
  • Must have atleast 3 years experience as an EMD Supervisor, preferably in store facility and equipment maintenance
  • Extremely dependable, creative and innovative and with sense of ownership
  • Willing to do Fieldwork and store visits and inspection
  • Knowledge in facility and equipment maintenance methods, operating requirements and safety precautions
  • With existing government mandated licences and certifications (PCO, BOSH, OSH Practitioner is an advantage)
