The Engineering Supervisor shall provide assistance to the operations team efficient to ensure maintenance of the utility services, equipment, fixtures, and furnishings for the store facilities. He will be responsible for all the mechanical and technical maintenance and HVAC equipment within the assigned stores.

PART OF THE SCOPE WOULD BE:

  • Ensures that all store equipment and facilities are operating in first-rate condition and guaranteed to produce gold standard products by way of implementing fast repairs and effective preventive maintenance program.
  • Develops a program on value engineering and innovations to benefit stores in their maintenance and utility costs.
  • Ensures the development, improvement, or upgrading of the computerized maintenance management system of Engineering services.
  • Develops maintenance training programs and conducts technical training.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in maintenance of equipment and facilities management.
  • Highly technical in design, estimates, and troubleshooting of foodservice equipment, refrigeration, and air conditioning.
  • With experience and knowledge in electro-mechanical design.
  • Mobile; visits store for equipment and facilities inspection, conducts maintenance orientation
  • Schedule: shifting & flexible, must work on a weekend twice a month & available when on call
