Position Overview:

We are looking for 5 experienced Maintenance Engineers specialized in beverage filling and packaging machinery. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring reliable operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of our production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on filling, capping, injection, and packaging machines.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
  • Optimize machine performance to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Manage maintenance schedules and spare parts inventory.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across production.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with production and quality teams.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 3years of hands-on experience in beverage filling plants (water, juice, or soft drinks).
  • Expertise in PET preform injection, HDPE cap production, and packaging machinery.
  • Experience in PE film blowing machines is an advantage.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Effective communication and team leadership abilities.
