Sales Executive

Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation:
· Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the IT industry, including small, medium, and large enterprises. Analyze the market's potential, track sales and purchases and provide management with reports on customer and supplier needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
· Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calls, emails, networking, and industry events.
Consultative Selling and Solution Presentation:
· Understand customer business needs, challenges, and goals to recommend the best IT solutions, products, and services.
· Present and demonstrate the company's IT products and services to potential clients, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.
· Quick resolution of customer and supplier problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
· Customize sales presentations and proposals based on client requirements.
Sales Negotiation and Closing:
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while maintaining profitability for the company.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth proposal and contract processes.
· Represent the company in pre-bid and actual bidding activities.
· Close sales, ensuring that both customer needs and company goals are met.
Account Management and Client Relationship:
· Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
· Maintain updated and detailed records of suppliers' information.
· Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
· Follow up on after sales activities to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
· Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract renewal and upsell opportunities.
Sales Reporting and Performance Tracking:
· Track and achieve agreed sales performance, including progress against monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target within schedule.
· Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
· Provide insight into market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Collaboration with the Team
· Coordinate sales effort with team members and other concerned departments.
· Real time escalation of internal and external issues and concerns to the immediate superior and, if needed, to other stakeholders and the Top Management.
· Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
Ensuring Delivery and After Sales Care:
· Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
· Ensure that projects will be completed within the defined duration, with minimal cost.
· Coordinate with logistics, operations, and fulfillment teams to ensure that sold products (hardware, software, or services) are delivered to customers as agreed upon.
· Track and monitor delivery progress to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
· Ensure customers are informed of delivery status, including providing updates on shipping or any potential delays.
· Address any issues related to delivery, such as damaged or incomplete items, and work with relevant teams to resolve them quickly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
