ABOUT THE ROLE:
Alphatec Trading OPC is seeking a driven and dynamic Account Sales Executive to spearhead business-to-business (B2B) sales efforts for our expanding portfolio of HVAC consumables, LED lighting solutions, and industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in technical or solution-based selling, a strong understanding of industrial or construction sectors, and a proven ability to close sales with contractors, developers, and other key accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B clients in the HVAC, lighting, and industrial sectors.
- Promote and sell Alphatec's product lines (HVAC consumables, LED lighting, and industrial equipment) to contractors, developers, engineers, project managers, and procurement teams.
- Conduct regular field visits and client meetings to pitch solutions and negotiate sales.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Handle pricing, quotations, proposals, and project-based sales requirements.
- Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of client requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and customer updates.
- Attend trade events, exhibitions, and industry forums when required.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in HVAC, electrical, construction materials, or industrial equipment.
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, LED lighting, or industrial equipment is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM systems.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
