Area Sales Manager

Job Description:
The Area Sales Manager oversees sales operations across multiple stores within a designated area. They are responsible for meeting area sales targets, supervising and developing Store Supervisors, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining consistent customer service standards. The role involves analyzing sales performance, implementing corporate programs, resolving operational issues, and aligning store activities with overall business objectives.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, or Industrial Engineering; related fields acceptable.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years in retail sales management, including supervision of multiple outlets or teams.
Knowledge & Skills
- Area sales reporting and performance monitoring
- Staff coaching and structured feedback delivery
- Execution of corporate programs and promotions
- Communication and facilitation with store leaders
- ERP/PERP familiarity and Google Workspace/MS Office proficiency
