About the role

As a Sales Agent Specialist (Food Retail) at Madison Square Marketing, you will play a vital role in our dynamic food retail business. This full-time position is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers in finding the right products
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Maintain high standards of product knowledge to advise customers on features and benefits
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques
  • Ensure the retail space is well-organised, clean, and visually appealing
  • Support inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
