What The Day Will Look Like
- Serve as intermediary between account managers, junior associates, and internal and external clients and stakeholders
- Review and provide feedback on the work of junior analysts
- Review client compensation and survey input to identify questionable data
- Verify the accuracy and validity of submitted data by interfacing extensively with clients to resolve compensation and survey input issues
- Assist in the execution of annual compensation/survey product
- Assist in annual compensation/survey data validation process for client submissions
- Work with senior team members in management of projects ensuring adherence to agreed timeline and budget
- Be accountable for all methodology and analysis on each staffed project
- Provide regular guidance and developmental feedback to junior associates
- Assist in new business/firm development activities (e.g., speeches, white papers, etc.)
- Assist in various ad-hoc projects, such as research and analysis on compensation practices for a specific sector/peer group

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus in Finance, Economics, Statistics or Mathematic
- 4+ years of human resources, research, data analysis, or other related industry experience
- Ability to work independently in a survey and data operations role and to interact with various internal and external constituents
- Must be a motivated self-starter who is well organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize large volumes of data
- Organization skills, detail oriented, ability to take direction, work independently, as well as support a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel (macros a plus) and Word
- Processing spreadsheets, database management, and strong customer service skills
- Ability to synthesize and communicate large amounts of data into key findings and identify related business issues
- Has an "eye for detail," while not losing sight of the bigger picture
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in managing a project and/or a team is a definite plus
