Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spanish Bilingual Representative based in Central Visayas, Philippines. The role involves assisting Spanish-speaking clients, responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing high-quality customer service. Responsibilities also include translation and interpretation tasks, ensuring accurate and clear communication. The representative will collaborate with team members to manage administrative tasks while maintaining professional and effective interactions with clients.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Customer service and interpersonal skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and maintaining professionalism during client interactions.
- Experience with administrative and organizational tasks, such as managing records, coordinating appointments, and handling documentation.
- Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and efficiency in using relevant online tools and platforms.
- Attention to detail and time management skills to handle simultaneous tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in healthcare, back-office support, or a related field is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in relevant fields are beneficial.
