What's Your Responsibility?

As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a key role in our finance team, ensuring accuracy andintegrity in our financial processes. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Financial Reconciliation & Transaction ProcessingManaging full-cycle AR and AP functions, mainly responsible for reconciling daily store sales andoperating income, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Verifying all payment documentationfor validity, authorization, and adherence to company policies prior to processing.

2. Contract Review & Audit SupportConducting initial review of store agreements for financial implications and compliance; Providing necessary support during the audits and responding to auditor inquiries.

3. Inventory Control & VerificationExecuting periodic physical inventory counts at store and warehouse; Assisting in reconciling physical inventory counts to system records and investigating variances.

4. Financial Reporting & DocumentationMaintaining organized and auditable financial records and supporting documentation; Preparingaccurate and timely financial and operational reports for management review.

5. Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborating proactively with business departments (e.g., Operations, Procurement) to resolvefinancial queries; Providing suggestions to optimize financial processes and controls.

Who We're Looking For?

We seek individuals who are not only skilled but also passionate about their work. To besuccessful in this role, you should have:

1. Experience: 3+ years in financial roles, with expertise in accounts receivable and payable. familiarity with local accounting standards is essential.

2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP financial software and advanced Excel skills.

3. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a meticulous approach to work.

4. Adaptability: A quick learner who can thrive in our fast-paced environment. 5. Language Proficiency: Fluency in the local language, with English as a working language. Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
