We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant with a focus on Compensation and Benefits to support our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing employee benefits, payroll, and compliance reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations. If you have 3-4 years of experience in compensation and benefits, we invite you to apply. Key Responsibilities Process loan approval requests and deductions (PAGIBIG & SSS). Handle claims for SSS sickness and maternity benefits. Assist with employee inquiries related to MP2 and PAG-IBIG Savings. Process the monthly SIL (Social Insurance Leave) report for finance. Manage SIL conversion and credits within the HR system. Issue Certificates of Contribution and MDR (Member Data Record). Process semi-monthly payroll and address payroll-related queries. Prepare and process the annual report for BIR tax consolidation. Submit monthly compliance reports (ER2 and R1A). Handle attrition reports for Philhealth and PAGIBIG. Prepare and submit the annual wage report for DOLE. Other tasks as may be assigned. Qualifications 3-4 years of experience in compensation and benefits or a related HR role. Strong understanding of SSS, PAGIBIG, Philhealth, and other government benefits. Experience with payroll processing and generating compliance reports. Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
