About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resource professional to join our dynamic team at Fourleaf Development Group Corporation. As a Human Resource, you will play a crucial role in shaping the employee experience and supporting the overall success of our organization. This is a full-time position based in Imus City Cavite.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing strategic HR guidance and solutions to support the company's business objectives
  • Overseeing the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and promote a positive work environment
  • Partnering with managers to address HR-related matters and provide solutions to improve employee engagement and productivity
  • Designing and delivering effective training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce
  • Monitoring and reporting on key HR metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the company's overall business strategy

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in a HR generalist or consulting role
  • Proficient in HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to make informed HR decisions
  • Experience with HR information systems and data analysis tools
