HR Generalist

The HR Generalist is responsible for managing a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring HR policies and practices support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews)
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs
Employee Relations
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers
- Address employee concerns and support conflict resolution
- Promote a positive workplace culture
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
- Prepare HR reports and documentation
- Support HR audits and data accuracy
Performance Management
- Assist with performance review cycles
- Support goal-setting and development planning
Compensation & Benefits
- Administer employee benefits programs
- Support payroll coordination and compensation processes
Compliance & Policy
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies
Training & Development
- Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives
- Support learning and engagement activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office
