Human Resource Associate

Assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy implementation, records management, government compliance, and general administrative support. This role ensures consistent application of HR policies, assists in maintaining legal compliance, and fosters a positive work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and selection including job postings, screening, interviews, and job offers.
- Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and exit processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and HR databases (physical and digital).
- Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and timekeeping data.
- Prepare and issue HR documents such as contracts, memos, certificates, and notices.
- Assist in implementing company policies and HR programs.
- Support training and development initiatives and track learning compliance.
- Address basic employee concerns and escalate issues to the HR Supervisor as needed.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities, communications, and welfare programs.
