Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Public ,or Business Administration or related filed.
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience as a Training Manager or Senior L&D role.
- Proven experience in end-to-end training program development and implementation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and facilitation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Willing to report in Mandaluyong site.
Job Description:
- Lead the design, coordination, and facilitation of training programs across corporate functions and sales teams.
- Maintain and regularly update the organization's training matrix to reflect strategic priorities.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using data analysis, feedback, and ROI measurement tools.
- Develop and maintain internal training materials such as manuals, workshops, digital modules, and job aids.
- Support onboarding and induction programs in collaboration with HR and department leaders.
- Monitor training budgets and ensure resource optimization.
- Provide ongoing coaching to team members to foster a culture of continuous learning.
