Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment and onboarding

  • Post job openings on job boards and social media.
  • Screen resumes and application forms.
  • Schedule and confirm interviews.
  • Assist with initial interviews and candidate screening.
  • Prepare and deliver offer letters and other employment documents.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
  • Set up and organize new employee files and information.

Employee records and administration

  • Update and maintain employee databases and records.
  • Handle employee filing and archiving of leaver files.
  • Assist with processing payroll data, such as hours and leave.
  • Process and distribute HR-related documents and forms, like 13th-month pay slips and tax forms.
  • Assist with benefits administration, such as HMO and life insurance.
  • Prepare and send HR letters.

HR support and projects

  • Provide general HR administrative support and help with daily tasks.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Help with training and development initiatives.
  • Support HR team members on various HR projects.
  • Respond to employee inquiries about policies and benefits.
  • Conduct exit interviews for departing employees.

Qualifications:

  • Open for undergraduate students of any Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or other related courses
  • Familiarity in various Google workspace applications
  • Willing to report onsite in Tektite Towers, Ortigas Center.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php18,127.92 per month
