About the role

We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our growing team at Prime Technology Specialists Inc. in Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in supporting our HR operations and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
  2. Provide HR support and guidance to employees on a variety of HR-related matters.
  3. Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  4. Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
  5. Assist with employee training and development initiatives.
  6. Provide administrative support as needed.

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role, preferably within the technology industry
  3. Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  6. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  7. Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
