Cold Caller – Software Industry (Part-Time, Remote)

Remote | 15 hours per week (with potential to increase to full-time)

We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Cold Caller to join our growing team in the software space. Our innovative mobile app connects beekeepers and farmers across Australia, helping to strengthen supply chains and support agricultural communities.

About the Role:

As our Cold Caller, you will be responsible for generating new leads by reaching out to potential customers, introducing them to our platform, and sparking interest in how our solution can add value to their business. This is a part-time role (15 hours per week) with flexible hours to fit around your schedule, and the potential to expand into a full-time position as we grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential leads across Australia.
  • Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our mobile app.
  • Build rapport and nurture interest with farmers, beekeepers, and related industry stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate call records, lead notes, and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously refine outreach strategies.

About You:

  • Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, or lead generation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build trust over the phone.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
  • Interest or background in agriculture, farming, or technology is a plus.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment.
