Job Description
Job Overview:
We're looking for motivated and confident Cold Callers / Appointment Setters to reach out to local businesses and schedule them for a quick online demo of our service. Your role is simple: get them interested and book the call — we'll take care of the demo and closing.

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound cold calls to small local businesses in industries like cleaning, dental, auto repair, etc.
  • Follow a simple script to explain who we are and the value we provide.
  • Qualify leads and schedule them for a 20 min online demo with our team.
  • Accurately track calls, outcomes, and appointments booked.

What We're Looking For:

  • Confident communicator with a friendly, professional phone presence
  • Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales is a plus
  • Organized and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable using a CRM (Zoho) or appointment booking tool (training provided)

Work Schedule:
Tue - Saturday, 12AM - 9AM Manila time

Work Setup:
Home-based (must have at least 20mbps for both download and upload speed)
