Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive

Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint, is typically necessary for reporting and presentations
Ability to analyze HR metrics, generate reports, and make data - driven decisions regarding employee engagement, retention, and workforce planning
Demonstrated empathy, adaptability, and cultural awareness are valued, as HR Assistant Manager often play a key role in employee experience and workplace culture
