We are looking for a Senior RME who will manage both employee lifecycle and account management for assigned clients in an outsourcing setup. This role combines HR operations, client servicing, and resource management to ensure smooth delivery and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Act as primary point-of-contact for assigned client accounts on HR/resource-related concerns.
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, engagement, and offboarding.
Build strong client relationships, ensuring service delivery and addressing issues proactively.
Support workforce planning, training coordination, and retention strategies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, client requirements, and company policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
3–5 years' HR or resource management experience, ideally with account management exposure in BPO/outsourcing.
Strong client-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
