KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Brand Strategy:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company vision.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitors.
  • Maintain brand identity, guidelines, and visual assets.
  • Collaborate with design teams on marketing materials.
  • Ensure achievement of business goals by translating brand vision to local objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

Product Management:

  • Oversee product lifecycle from concept to post-launch.
  • Collaborate with merchandising to develop product assortments.
  • Manage pricing, promotions, and inventory for profitability.
  • Analyze product performance to optimize sales and margins.

Marketing & Promotions:

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and in-store channels.
  • Create engaging content in collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Manage social media and community engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Lead brand-building campaigns to enhance awareness and customer loyalty.

Retail Operations:

  • Ensure brand consistency across retail channels.
  • Develop visual merchandising standards.
  • Monitor store performance and identify improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to train for excellent customer service.

Brand Partnerships:

  • Pursue strategic partnerships to boost brand visibility.
  • Manage partnerships with influencers, retailers, and other stakeholders.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets.
  • Monitor expenses for efficient resource use.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of brand associates.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful marketing initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS Marketing Management or any related course
  • At least 3 years of experience in the same capacity preferably in the retail industry
  • Proficient computer skills- MS Applications, Social Media
  • Good oral and written communication
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and attention to detail and accuracy
  • Has a sense of urgency and follow-thru
