Our client is a reputable U.S. law firm specializing in immigration services, and we're looking for a Client Manager to join their growing team.
Position Overview
As a Client Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients of the law firm. Your role will combine sales, relationship management, and client service to ensure that individuals and businesses receive the support they need throughout their immigration journey. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a sales-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients, conduct consultations, and effectively present the firm's immigration services.
- Manage the client lifecycle from initial inquiry and onboarding through to ongoing support.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by converting qualified leads into retained clients.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure clients receive timely and accurate case updates.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions, agreements, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Provide responsive, client-focused service to ensure a positive client experience.
- Stay informed on U.S. immigration basics (business and family-based cases) to effectively support and communicate with clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant legal services.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Background or basic understanding of U.S. immigration law (business or family-based) strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with a client-first approach.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and communication tools (Zoom, email, chat, etc.).
- Driven, proactive, and adaptable comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Open to learning and expanding knowledge of immigration law and client management best practices.
