You have proven experience in digital asset management, content moderation, or a similar role, confidently maintaining accuracy in a high

  • volume environment.
    You're highly detail- oriented, organized, and able to work independently with integrity while still thriving in a collaborative team setting.
  • You have a basic understanding of metadata, tagging, and digital file formats, and you can manage tasks with excellent time management skills.
  • You're a strong communicator who can coordinate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth workflows and consistent quality.
  • Bonus points if you're familiar with MUX or similar digital asset management platforms

  • Ensure all assets meet established guidelines for accuracy, quality, and compliance
  • Maintain and update metadata, tagging, and file formats consistently
  • Organize and track assets to ensure efficient retrieval and usage
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and operational goals
  • Adapt to evolving workflows and process improvements
